Ordering
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders move into processing shortly after checkout, we're unable to guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need assistance (such as updating a size or shipping address), please email service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
I haven't received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Start by checking your spam or junk mail folder. If the confirmation still isn't there, contact us at service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us and we'll look up your order status right away.
Is an account required to make a purchase?
No — guest checkout is fully available. However, registering for an account offers some added convenience:

Which payment methods are accepted?

Are discount codes available?

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my shipment?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched, which will include tracking details (when available). Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We deliver to many countries and regions around the world. If your destination isn't listed during checkout, email service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us and we'll see what we can arrange.
Am I responsible for customs duties or import taxes?
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs processing fees imposed by your local government. These charges are:

My order appears to be delayed. What can I do?
Delays occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, or customs clearance. If your delivery seems overdue, send us your order number at service@florereg.com and we'll help investigate.
My tracking shows "Delivered" but I don't have the package.
We recommend the following steps:
- Check around your delivery area — doorstep, mailbox, parcel locker, etc.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they received it on your behalf.
- Contact your building's front desk, concierge, or security office.
If you still can't locate the package, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. You're also welcome to email us and we'll do our best to assist.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for eligible garments that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Can I return an item that's been worn or washed?
Unfortunately, for hygiene and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns on clothing that has been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or removed hygienic liners).
I received a damaged, defective, or wrong item. What should I do?
Please get in touch within 7 days of delivery by emailing service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us. Include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem (e.g., broken zipper, wrong size sent)
- Clear photos of the garment, the defect/tag, and packaging
Our team will review your case and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
After your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Apparel Information & Care
Are Florereg garments designed for everyday wear?
All of our clothing is intended for standard everyday wear. We recommend reading the product description and checking the sizing guide before use.
If you have known skin sensitivities, please review the fabric composition on the product page before making a purchase.
What fabrics are used in your clothing?
Materials vary across our collections and may include cotton, linen, silk, wool, synthetics, and various blends. Each product page provides detailed fabric composition and fit specifications.

Is it normal for clothing to have a slight odor when first opened?
Yes — some garments, particularly those with specific dyes, treatments, or packaged in sealed polybags, may carry a mild scent upon unboxing. This is completely normal and typically fades within 24–72 hours when the item is left in a well-ventilated space or after the first wash.
How should I wash and care for my garments?
Care varies by fabric, but here are some general guidelines:
- Always check the care label attached to the inside of the garment before washing.
- Wash with like colors and avoid using harsh bleaches unless the care label explicitly states they are safe.
- To prevent shrinking and preserve fabric life, air dry or tumble dry on low heat when applicable.
- Keep items away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Do the photos accurately represent the garment's color and fit?
We strive for accuracy in all product images, but please be aware:
- Color: Slight variations may occur due to differences in screen calibration, monitor settings, and studio lighting.
- Size/Fit: Minor discrepancies are possible due to manual measurement methods and fabric stretch.
If precise sizing is critical, we recommend carefully reviewing the size guide and measurements listed on the product page before ordering.
