1) Order Assistance
Modifying or Cancelling an Order
Orders enter processing shortly after checkout is completed. Because of this:
- Changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed.
- If you need to make a change (such as updating a size or shipping address), email service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us immediately with your order number and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Didn't Receive Your Order Confirmation?
- First, check your spam or junk mail folder.

Do I Need an Account to Order?
Not at all — guest checkout is fully supported. That said, creating an account gives you a few perks:

- Save shipping addresses for faster checkout

Discount Codes

2) Shipping & Delivery
Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded).

Tracking Your Order
- A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
For international orders, please be aware that:
- Your local government may impose duties, taxes, or customs processing fees upon delivery.

My Order Seems Delayed
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, inclement weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your order appears to be delayed:
Order Shows "Delivered" But I Haven't Received It
Before reaching out, please try the following:
- Look around your delivery area — doorstep, mailbox, parcel locker, etc.
- Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Check with your building's reception, concierge, or security desk.
If the package is still missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first. You're also welcome to email us and we'll do what we can to assist.
3) Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In their original packaging with all original tags attached

Worn or Washed Items
Due to hygiene and quality considerations, garments that have been worn (beyond trying on for fit), washed, stained (e.g., makeup or deodorant marks), or altered are not eligible for return. (Note: Intimates and swimwear may be final sale for hygiene reasons, if applicable).
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect garment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send an email to service@sashaycouturetheboutique.us including:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item (showing the defect or incorrect tag) and its packaging
Our team will review your case and respond as promptly as possible.
Refund Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Initial Odor After Unboxing
Certain garments — particularly those with specific dyes, treatments, or shipped in sealed packaging — may have a mild odor when first opened. This is normal and typically dissipates after airing out in a well-ventilated area or after the first wash.
Garment Care & Washing Instructions
- Always check the care label attached to the inside of the garment before washing.
- Wash with like colors and avoid harsh bleaches unless the care label specifically states they are safe to use.
- To prevent shrinking and preserve fabric life, air dry or tumble dry on low heat when applicable.
- Store garments out of prolonged direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
Color & Size Accuracy
We make every effort to display our clothing accurately, but please note:
