  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue any clothing item or collection at any time, where lawful.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not represent a binding contract until:

  • Your payment has been successfully processed; and
  • We have confirmed your order (e.g., via a confirmation email or by initiating shipment).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order where permitted by law, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, stock shortages, pricing errors, or violations of these Terms. If we need to modify or cancel your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information you provided.

All purchases are intended for personal use only. Resale, commercial redistribution, boutique stocking, or unauthorized export of our apparel is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payments

All prices and promotional offers are subject to change at any time. The final amount charged will be the price displayed at checkout when you complete your order.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed prices generally do not include:

  • Shipping and handling fees

All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We accept no responsibility for delays attributable to shipping carriers, customs processing, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the risk of loss and title to the garments transfer to you upon handover of the shipment to the carrier (or as otherwise mandated by local law).

7. Returns and Refunds

All returns, refunds, and exchanges (including sizing exchanges, where available) are subject exclusively to our Return & Refund Policy. Requests that fall outside the scope of that policy may be declined at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials within the Services — including but not limited to clothing designs, patterns, text, graphics, photographs, videos, audio, trademarks, logos, and page layouts — are the property of Florere Game Limited or our licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.

"Florere Game Limited" and associated names and marks are trademarks of Florere Game Limited. Shopify and its marks are trademarks of Shopify Inc. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Shopify Platform Notice

Our online store is built on the Shopify platform. Your purchase is made from Florere Game Limited, not from Shopify. To the extent permitted by law, Shopify bears no responsibility for the apparel sold, customer service, or any disputes between you and Florere Game Limited.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. As our store operates on the Shopify platform, Shopify may process certain data related to your use of the Services in order to provide and enhance its platform services.

12. User Content & Feedback

If you submit any reviews, photos of you wearing our clothing, comments, suggestions, ideas, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant Florere Game Limited a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Submissions in any medium for lawful business purposes, including improving and marketing the Services.

You represent and warrant that your Submissions:

  • Do not violate any applicable law and are not abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading
  • Do not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights
  • Do not contain viruses, malware, or any harmful code

We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any Submissions at our sole discretion where lawful. You remain solely responsible for the content you submit.

  • Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party
  • Your misuse of the Services or any Submissions you provide

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
